Every call, written down and filed.
Deepgram turns speech into text in real time. The voice coworker uses it to hear callers, and your call center gets a transcript of every call. A summary and the next steps are saved on the customer record.

Deepgram and Dika Ops, kept in step.
Fast speech to text, so every call becomes a transcript on the right record.
What teams use it for.
Callers speak naturally and the coworker hears them in real time.
Agents finish the call and the summary is already on the customer record.
Search past calls for a product, a promise or a complaint.

Deepgram, answered.
Is Dika Ops an official Deepgram partner?
No. The Deepgram integration is in early access. It uses the Deepgram API through a key managed by Dika Ops or your own key.
Which Deepgram models are available?
The Nova and Flux families, for English and multilingual speech, in real time and for recorded calls. The list follows what Deepgram releases.
What data is sent?
Only the audio of calls you choose to transcribe. Customer records stay in Dika Ops; the summary is written there afterwards.
Does it work with Turkish callers?
Multilingual models cover many languages. Test with your own calls first, since accuracy varies by language and line quality.
Deepgram is a trademark of its owner. Dika Ops is not affiliated with or endorsed by its owner.
