Shopify orders, straight into your order book.
Dika Ops connects to your Shopify store so orders arrive as sales orders, and stock, prices and fulfilment flow back to the shop. One source of truth for what you have and what you owe.

Shopify and Dika Ops, kept in step.
Run your Shopify store from the same system that holds your stock and books.
What teams use it for.
Stock is reserved the moment an order lands, so a sold-out item stops selling in the shop.
Pick, pack and dispatch Shopify orders next to your wholesale and B2B orders.
Order revenue meets purchase cost and shipping in one record, so you see profit per product.
Connected in four steps.
- 01
Create a custom app in your Shopify admin and grant it access to products, inventory and orders.
- 02
Paste the app credentials into Dika Ops and choose which warehouse feeds which Shopify location.
- 03
Map your tax rates, shipping methods and payment gateways to Dika Ops equivalents.
- 04
Run a test sync on a handful of products, check the result, then switch on live sync.
Shopify, answered.
Is Dika Ops an official Shopify partner?
No. The Shopify integration is in early access and is not listed in the Shopify App Store. It connects through your own store's API credentials.
Can I keep managing products in Shopify?
Yes. You can pull your existing catalogue into Dika Ops and decide per field which side is the master.
What happens if the connection drops?
Changes are queued and retried, and anything that fails is shown in a sync log for your team to review.
Does it work with more than one store?
You can connect several stores and route each to its own warehouse and price list.
Shopify is a trademark of its owner. Dika Ops is not affiliated with or endorsed by its owner.
Run the whole company from one place.
Dika Ops is in closed beta. We onboard a few companies at a time and set everything up with you.
