Look, decide, act, one step at a time.
GLM models are built for tool use, so a coworker can look up stock, check an order and draft a reply in sequence. The vision models read screenshots and document images. Open weights mean you can host them yourself.

GLM and Dika Ops, kept in step.
Z.ai's open-weight GLM models for coworkers that use tools and read screens.
What teams use it for.
Where is this order and when will the rest arrive? The coworker checks stock, purchases and shipping.
Drop in a screenshot from a customer portal and get the figures as a draft record.

GLM, answered.
Is Dika Ops an official GLM partner?
No. The GLM integration is in early access. It uses Z.ai's API through a key managed by Dika Ops or your own key, or a server you run.
Which GLM models are available?
The GLM 5 family for text and tool use, and GLM vision models for images and documents. The list follows what Z.ai releases.
What data is sent?
Only what the coworker's scope allows for the task, plus any image a person attaches. Self-hosted, it stays on your server.
Can it take actions on its own?
It can run lookups and drafts within its scope. Changes above your limits wait for a person, and money always needs one.
